Before we can start on your portrait - we will need to suitable photograph from you!
Use the following examples as your guide to how to take a good side portrait photograph.
DO ...
- Stand up straight!
- Be sure to get a direct profile (side view) picture, with no perspectives.
(tip: you should only see one eye in the photograph)
- to smile or not to smile? ... we find that photographs with a closed mouth works best.
DON'T ...
- slouch!
- no 3/4 views or any other angles other than just a straight side view.
(tip: if you see both eyes in the pictures, this means that it will NOT make a good side portrait photograph)
If we feel that your photograph will not yield the best results - we will contact you for another photograph.
