A: Once the order is placed and the profile pictures are emailed, your can expect your order within 2-3 weeks.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of the custom order, once order has been placed - no returns are allowed.
At Side Portraits we want to make sure you are happy with the end result. If for any reason you are unhappy,
we will do our best to fix it.

Q: What makes a good profile picture?
A: Pictures with detail - for example: pictures with the hair in a ponytail make for a more interesting side portrait than those with your hair down.

A: Absolutely. Everything at Side Portraits can be customized to the smallest little detail. If you would like something that you don't see on the site,
